ST. PAUL, Minn. (AP) -- The last day to enter the hunt for a state, federal or judicial office in Minnesota has arrived.
Candidates have until 5:00 P.M. today to file for office.
So far hundreds have done so.
Many offices are on the line this year.
Voters will elect a U.S. senator, a governor, 134 state house members and several other public officials.
There will be August primaries for some hopefuls, but most office-seekers will skip ahead to the general election. Candidates who file have until Thursday to withdraw.
