ST.PAUL, Minn. -- (KFGO AM) -- Those who want to legalize medical marijuana are confident a bill will pass the Minnesota legislature this session.
A recent St.Cloud State survey showed 76 percent of respondents support it for medical purposes.
Heather Azzi is with "Minnesotans for Compassionate Care".
She says they are working with the governor's staff and she believes he has an open mind about it.
Former Governor Tim Pawlenty vetoed a bi-partisan medical marijuana bill in 2009, citing law enforcement concerns.
