MANDAN, ND. (KFGO AM) -- Former North Dakota Insurance Commissioner Jim Poolman was injured in a crash that left another man dead.
It happened in Mandan yesterday afternoon.
The state patrol says a 68-year man lost control of a pickup, crossed a lane divider, hit poolman's pickup head-on, and then struck a van.
Poolman was taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
The other driver wasn't hurt.
The crash is still under investigation.
