FARGO (KFGO-AM) -- Charges have been reduced against a Louisiana man accused of threatening to shoot fellow carnival coworkers at the Red River Valley Fair.
David Griffin will serve another 21 days in jail on a misdemeanor menacing charge. He had been charged with felony terrorizing.
Prosecutors say the reduced charge came about since most of the witnesses work for the carnival and don't live in the area.
Griffin was accused of threatening to shoot his coworkers for making too much noise. It resulted in a three hour standoff with authorities.
