FARGO (KFGO-AM) - A Fargo man arrested outside the Cass County Courthouse early Monday for writing graffiti on a boarded up window at the main entrance is also accused of causing other damage to the courthouse.
Christopher Wagar, 28, is facing 3 counts of criminal mischief. He was caught as police sargent Tom Morris checked the courthouse. Wagar is accused of using rocks to shatter entrance windows last Wednesday and again Sunday.
Wagar left behind a bizarre message Monday morning. Written in black marker, it said "that last thing I told you about my teenage past is absolutely key to cracking nazism..and goes on to say "I'm leaving a message cross the street if you didn't know." It ends there, apparently at the point police interupted Wagar. Rocks used to shatter windows last week were wrapped in paper and contained the words "Nazism" and "Facism"and like Monday's graffiti, words were misspelled.
