TIOGA, N.D. (AP) - A Williams County commissioner has been charged with drunken driving and other crimes.
Authorities say officers pulled over Barry Ramberg Saturday in Tioga just after midnight. He was charged with driving under the influence, carrying a loaded firearm while intoxicated and refusing to comply with a breathalyzer test.
Ramberg was taken to the Williams County Correctional Center and bonded out shortly after.
Ramberg is self-employed and does road work in the Tioga area.
