MOORHEAD (KFGO-AM) - The trial of a Fargo man charged with the robbery of a Moorhead convenience store has been canceled.
22-year-old Raheem Kemokai is accused of robbing Brady's Service Center at gunpoint and leading police on a 20-minute chase.
Defense attorney Ken Kludt wants a judge to dismiss the charges due to lack of evidence. Kludt says surveillance video from the store cannot positively identify Kemokai as the robber.
An evidence hearing will be held next week.
