WAHPETON, ND (KFGO AM) -- Voters in Wahpeton have approved a $30-million building project to replace and improve the district's schools.
1,201 people said yes to the project.
Only 162 disagreed.
That's an 88% approval, and the district needed only 60% to move forward with the project.
The bond issue will go towards replacing central elementary and upgrading the middle and high schools.
