FARGO (KFGO-AM) -- Gate City Bank has given North Dakota's housing finance agency $3-million for the state's housing incentive fund.
The fund provides low-cost financing for multi-family housing for essential service workers and low-to-moderate income households.
The support from Gate City has pushed the fund beyond its halfway goal of $20-million.
The legislature reauthorized the program earlier this year.
Gate City contributed $1.5-million to the housing incentive program last year.
