Rodgers injured...Bears Win

GREEN BAY, WIS. (AP)--GREEN BAY PACKERS QUARTERBACK AARON RODGERS WAS KNOCKED OUT OF MONDAY NIGHT'S 27-20 LOSS TO THE CHICAGO BEARS WITH AN INJURY TO HIS NON-THROWING SHOULDER. AS A RESULT, THE PACKERS FELL INTO A THREE-WAY TIE FOR THE TOP SPOT IN THE NFC NORTH WITH DETROIT AND THE BEARS AT 5-4. PACKERS COACH MIKE MCCARTHY SAID HE HAD NO EXACT DIAGNOSIS OF RODGERS' INJURY. HE SAID THE QUARTERBACK WILL BE RE-EXAMINED ON TUESDAY TO DETERMINE THE EXTENT OF THE INJURY RODGERS WAS HURT WHEN HE WAS SACKED FROM BEHIND BY BEARS DEFENSIVE END SHEA MCCLELLIN AFTER SCRAMBLING ON THE PACKERS OPENING DRIVE. THE INJURY WAS TO HIS LEFT SHOULDER. RODGERS HASN'T MISSED A GAME BECAUSE OF INJURY SINCE DEC. 19, 2010, WHEN HE HAD A CONCUSSION. BACKUP SENECA WALLACE TOOK OVER FOR RODGERS, BUT THE GREEN BAY OFFENSE WASN'T THE SAME. THAT ENDS THE PACKERS' FOUR-GAME WINNING STREAK AND THEIR SIX-GAME STREAK AGAINST THE BEARS, WHO HADN'T WON AT LAMBEAU FIELD SINCE 2011. CHICAGO BACKUP JOSH MCCOWN HAD A BIG NIGHT, COMPLETING 22 OF 41 FOR 272 YARDS AND NO INTERCEPTIONS. HIS FAVORITE RECEIVER WAS BRANDON MARSHALL, WHO HAD SEVEN CATCHES FOR 107 YARDS AND A TOUCHDOWN. MATT FORTE RAN FOR 125 YARDS AND ANOTHER SCORE.
