WILLISTON, N.D. (AP) -- A Williston man has been charged in a hit-and-run that killed a Mississippi man in early December.
28-year-old David Krause was charged with manslaughter and leaving the scene of an accident that resulted in death. Krause is accused of driving a vehicle that killed 31-year-old Anthony Scoggins on December 5th. Authorities say a pickup truck ran over Scoggins as he tried to hold onto the back of the truck in the JDub's Bar and Grill parking lot. Police say Krause was tracked down through assistance of two witnesses and security video.
