FARGO (KFGO-AM) - A prosecutor has decided not to file charges against former Oakes, ND High School Principal Don Warren.
Warren resigned late last month after he admitted to entering the home of a student twice and of telling the same student that he'd rip his head off after he'd been called to a classroom to deal with misbehavior.
Dickey County State's Attorney Gary Neuharth tells KFGO News, he considered at least a half dozen possible charges, but decided against taking any criminal action against warren.
Warren, who had been employed with the school district since 1990, resigned after he was confronted with the claims by the superintendent. He was also the district's activities director.
