We've heard about Urban Outfitters getting in trouble over offensive t-shirts and being forced to take them off their racks, but this time it's a children's clothing store. The Children's Place is the target this week. A Facebook user posted a picture of a T-shirt that said "My Favorite Subjects" with checks next to music, shopping, and dancing. Okay not so bad right? The problem is that Math was on the list and intentionally left blank adding to the stereotype that girls are dumb in math. Since the Facebook controversy the store has stopped selling the shirt.

Is it okay for retailers to profit off stereotypes and sexism?

Do you find this shirt offensive?
