Painless Popovers

Easy to make and a big hit with the family. Fun to experiment with too but let's stick with the basics.

Preheat oven 425.

One cup milk

One cup flour

1/2 Tsp. salt

2 eggs

Beat eggs and milk well. Add flour and salt and stop mixing while it's still a little lumpy. Fill well greased cupcake pan until 2/3 full. Bake at 425 for 30 to 40 minutes.

These freeze pretty well if you want to double or triple the recipe.
